What type of PR is this?

/kind feature

What this PR does / why we need it:

Because the kubectl cp command call exec file of the Run() method(staging/src/k8s.io/kubectl/pkg/cmd/exec/exec.go:290), this method has achieved (#97099) how to define the default image, but there is no update cp file
--container command description,So I updated the description of the cp file command

more details can be seen in the KEP KEP-2227: default container behavior

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #

Special notes for your reviewer:

KEP is created in kubernetes/enhancements#2189, and the KEP is merged for milestone 1.21.

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?

Users might specify the `kubectl.kubernetes.io/default-container` annotation in a Pod to preselect container for kubectl commands.

Additional documentation e.g., KEPs (Kubernetes Enhancement Proposals), usage docs, etc.:

Hi @mengjiao-liu. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Instructions for interacting with me using PR comments are available here. If you have questions or suggestions related to my behavior, please file an issue against the kubernetes/test-infra repository.
