  • Remove the deprecated --csr* flags from "kubeadm certs renew"

kubeadm: remove the deprecated flags "--csr-only" and "--csr-dir" from "kubeadm certs renew". Please use "kubeadm certs generate-csr" instead.

@RA489: you can not set the release note label to "release-note-none" because the PR has the label "kind/deprecation".

As the CI show, unit test should be updated as well.

@RA489 please add the release-note block exactly as it is in the PR template, so that we can notify the users about this change:
(once that's done the release-note-none label will change)

the release note should be:
